Our first app, Mindfulness: The Art of Being Human, is now available in the App Store and Google Play. This project has been several years in the making and we’re really excited to share it with you. Please go check it out and share it with your friends.

THIS IS ABOUT GETTING OUT OF YOUR MIND AND INTO YOUR LIFE.
You might learn more than you expected within this app. When we have a little insight into the human mind, behaviour and the practice of mindfulness, it can have a powerful effect on helping us live more open, receptive and meaningful lives.However, if you prefer to use this app simply for an introduction to the basics of mindfulness, then that’s perfectly fine.
For a quick start, you can experience the guided mindfulness audio tracks with your headphones on in a quiet space. Let go of any expectations you may have and allow yourself to experience this.
For a brief overview of mindfulness and how to practise it, take a look at the segments within the Guide section. This section is a simple guide on what mindfulness is, how we practise it, and some tips and tools for everyday life.
For a more detailed exploration of the human mind and behaviour, work through the Knowledge section. This section provides you with insights into patterns of behaviour, perspectives on different ways of approaching our thoughts and experiences, some exercises to practise and tools to use. We all need a little knowledge sometimes. It can help with our willingness to practise something like this.
There are also summaries for each of the chapters and some helpful exercises to explore.
